34 children have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Pakistan's Punjab province, while authorities in Sindh have postponed the decision to open a school for sixth- to eighth-grade students for another week.
Reopening of Schools In Pakistan

According to the spokesperson of Punjab Primary and Secondary Health Care, 34 children have been diagnosed with coronavirus in three days after the opening of educational institutions. On the other hand, the Balochistan government has announced the closure of two schools after cases of coronavirus among students came to light.
Details of Corona Cases across Punjab in Schools
According to Punjab Primary and Secondary Health Care, 24 students in Gujranwala and seven children in Nankana Sahib have tested positive for the coronavirus. A child in Bhakkar, a school employee, and a school employee in Lodhran tested positive for coronavirus. In Nankana Sahib, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Shahkot and Garrison School Nankana Sahib were closed. Officials say 14,746 public and 1,566 private school children have been sampled so far. 13796 samples have been tested, Coronavirus has been confirmed in 34 children. Authorities say the school will be closed for five days if the coronavirus is confirmed in more than two children at any school. Coronaviruses are being tested by tracing family members.
