PMC Makes Announcement Regarding National Medical Scholarship Fund

The Pakistan Medical Commission has made an important announcement regarding the National Medical Scholarship Fund. Earlier the commission had announced the scholarship for the MDCAT qualified candidates. Any Pakistani student who is eligible to get the admission to a medical or dental college in Pakistan recognized by the PMC and subject to having obtained admission can apply for the scholarship or student loan. 

PMC Announcement 

As per the announcement made by the commission the scholarship applications will be assessed after which the qualifying candidates will be informed before 31st December 2021. It is expected that no college will issue its merit list before 31st December 2021. Moreover, the private colleges have 30th January 2022 to conclude their admissions. The principals of private medical and dental colleges are required to confirm that when their admission process is ending and intend to issue their merit list.

National Medical Scholarship Fund

To apply for the scholarship the candidates are required to follow the issued instructions. The candidates have to fill the form carefully and provide accurate information and have to upload clear and readable scanned copies of original documents requested in the form. The candidates must attach the passport size photograph with either white or blue background only. Kindly thoroughly review the entered details before the final submission of the online application form. All the information shared by the candidates will be verified by relevant authorities. In case incomplete, false, or inaccurate information is found then it will result in rejection of the application form. If any mandatory information is missing the candidates will not be able to submit the application form. After  submission of application form, the applications will be  reviewed and verified by concerned authorities. After reviewing and verification of the application form, the candidates will receive an official response from PMC. The last date to apply to the PMC National Medical Scholarship is 4th December 2021, Saturday. The  PMC Scholarship committee will take the final decision final regarding the provision of scholarships to the eligible candidates.
