Monthly Stipend for Selected Candidates

This CM Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Program 2024 is open for both male and female fresh graduates who are from Punjab. Successfully selected applicants of this internship will also receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000. Previously the amount of this CM Punjab internship program stipend was Rs. 25,000 but is now has been increased to sixty thousand.

 Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has also announced that the participants will have the opportunity to secure jobs in Punjab’s government departments and if they wish, assistance in finding employment abroad will be provided, upon completing the internship.

Goal of this Climate Leadership Development Internship

This Punjab government internship program aims to tackle smog and promote a Green Punjab. Its objectives include:

• Tree Plantation: Planting trees across the Punjab province to improve air quality in future.
• Emission Control: Reducing the pollution by regulating the vehicle with harmful emissions.
• Crop Residue Management: Implementing methods to prevent the crop burning in Punjab as is is major contributor to smog.

To successfully apply for this CM Punjab Internship Program, all applicants must meet the following mentioned eligibility criteria:

• For applying the age of both male and female candidate should be in between from 18 to 25 years at the time of applying.
• Preference for graduates with environment related academic degrees for example; Environmental Science, Climate Change, Ecology etc. (candidates must have completed their degree in the last 2 years)

2. Fill out the CM Punjab internship form online by providing the following details:

   • Contact information; mobile number, email address, current and permanent addresses.
   • Educational details; university/ college name, degree title, CGPA obtained and total CGPA.
   • Preferred districts for the internship (you have to select your 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd preferred district).
3. Then upload the following given required documents in scanned format:

6. Copy of your completed degree.
7. Agree to the terms and finally submit the application form successfully.
8. You don’t have to pay any application processing fee for this internship.
9. Make sure you completely submit your application well before the internship application deadline (10th December 2024)
