The term good governance implies broadly issues of governance effectiveness, accountability, transparency, and adherence, to the rule of law. The crucial concept of governance means the permanent balance between needs of governance on the one hand and capacities to govern others. It is a broad dynamic and intricate process of interactive decision making that is constantly sprouting and responding to changing situation. The essential ingredients of good governance is accountability, obey the rule of law and respect of human rights. Well governed societies are able to protect their people from the ravages of corruption. Inadequately governed people are more probable to come across corruption. It has negative impact on development of any country. Unfortunately Pakistan is failed state in all the areas connected with good governance16. If leader is a straight man he will not be frightened of occupation a scoop a shovel. Today needy people deprived of their rights which cause enormous strife among masses. The situation is deteriorated and the country is left in its decline when there is no accountability in the country. Those countries where is corrupt leadership it gradually destroyed all its institutions. These corrupt leaders responsible to bring bribery, class discrimination, favoritism, and nepotism in the country and crushed the democratic system and lastly they were clean out from the record of the world.
