Leadership
History is full of most truthful, competent, and honest leadership, and other side we can see the most corrupt leaders and politicians. Good and bad are in every nation and it does not mean that the whole nation is bad. Thus the founders of nations and the architects of glories are few. Let us talk firstly we can see the shortly some, dishonest leaders. Since independence corruption is the root cause of all problems in the country and owing to the lack of governance in Pakistan, the credibility of the country has fallen internationally10.
Elected politicians can accept illegal payoffs both to fund their campaigns and to enrich themselves. The distribution of these benefits and costs is generally under the control of agents who possess discretionary powers. These agents either bureaucrats with obligations to politicians who are meant to be agents of the public. The spread of corruption has created disappointed and discontent among the people. When corrupt officers governed in each level the whole system of moral, ethical, values are damage11.
We should learn from history and learn lesson from those corrupt and bad leaders who called the entire world rule by thieves and nepotism. Corrupt leaders like Adolf Hitler, one of the worst tyrants in history and with Joseph Stalin, perhaps her most extreme example of the bad leaders was brilliantly skilled at inspiring mobilizing, and directing followers. Hitler promoted nationalism and Semitism, anti-communism through establishing a fascist dictatorship in Germany and espoused a foreign policy of world conquest12.
Mobutu Sese Seko, he led one of the longest from 1965 to 1997 enduring dictatorial and corrupt regime in Africa. The country sank further and further in to poverty. Such as the former Prime Minister, Evariste Kimba and Mobutu’s rule earned him a reputation as one of the world’s foremost examples of kleptocracy (rule by the thieves) and nepotism. Another leader Richard Nixon, rule had proved a secret bombing campaign in Cambodia, believed to be the headquarter of the national front for the Liberation of Vietnam. George .W.Bush: his government has been extremely think for corruption, war exploit and trillions of mislaid dollars. Bush announced a global war of terrorism.
Let us now we turn the honest leadership and see the crop of truthfulness and legitimacy. Yet the clear sighted eyes and the enlightened heart know that these sacrifices are the provisions of future generations for distant civilizations to come. These stories these sacrifices and these examples will remain as supercilious signposts upon the entire journey, for he who wishes to make this voyage from those wayfarers, in the footsteps of these righteous leaders.
