From this years, all BISEs in Punjab have opted for the term 2nd annual instead of supplementary or supply exams. These exams will be held every year after the announcement of matric result. Students who intend to reattempt any subjects or for any improvement reasons can appear in the 2nd annual exams. As for this year, 2nd annual date sheet for matric exams is announced on August 07, 2024. Also worth mentioning here is that the 2nd annual exams will commence from 20th August 2024.

General Introduction of BISE Faisalabad
Faisalabad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education is an autonomous body that was established in 1988. The board is governed under the education act, 1976 and has its own rules and regulations. The main services offered by BISE Faisalabad include conduction of SSC and HSSC exams, grant certificates, awards scholarships, and medals to the position holders. Thousands of candidates appear in the annual exams of matric and intermediate conducted by the Faisalabad board. The districts included in the Faisalabad division are Faisalabad District, Chiniot District, Jhang District, and Toba Tek Singh District. The candidates belonging to all these districts can apply to appear in the annual exams of SSC and HSSC.
