The Faculty of Health and Social Care at LSBU covers all fields, including the areas of nursing, midwifery, health promotion, public health, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and social work. Scholarship Offers LSBU

LSBU offers a variety of scholarships to international students. The forms of scholarships in UK include merit-based, country-specific, and alumni loyalty discounts. There are a few government-funded scholarship programs at LSBU. These include Chevening Scholarship and Commonwealth Scholarship among many others. All international students are encouraged to investigate further into these scholarship programs.

Vice-Chancellor's International Merit Award This is a scholarship which provides undergraduate students with a one-off stipend of £2,000 per year for academic merit. The requirement for achieving such a grade should be consistent with grades of AAB or better in UK A-level ¹.
The Global Success Scholarship Award provides the undergraduate as well as postgraduate scholarships to international students who are studying in UK up to a sum of £4,000.

Lawrence Burrows Educational Trust Fund: This fund provides 10 awards of £3,000 to full-time undergraduate students from West Indian or Asian backgrounds ².

Entry requirements

These vary with the course but generally, LSBU requires a good academic record; good English proficiency; and relevant work experience, applicable in some cases.
