Summers are here to make you feel messy and clumsy. It is usually so hot outside and nobody wants to go to school and academy these days. In summers everyone is a victim of heat and harsh sunlight and feel dehydrated and fatigued.  But work is work. You have to do it anyways. What if the effects of hot summer have been reduced by the soft cold drinks? Yes it’s the best way for students to counter this problem in summers and a great idea to make them feel fresh and full of energy. Otherwise they wouldn’t be able to do their tasks properly.

Students are also at risk when they sweat excessively in summer after hectic summer camps in institute, during strenuous sports activities or when they develop severe diarrhea, vomiting and fever. Some of them simply forget or fail to drink adequate water, which makes them more vulnerable to dehydration. Students don''t realize they need to drink a lot of water. Also they get bored of drinking water all the time to avoid dehydration so they have to take plenty of fluids to keep their body cells hydrated continuously. Colorful and refreshing drinks comprise of milk shakes, fruit shakes, nectars of fresh fruits and cold drinks, soft drinks and other drinks made of herbs and flowers. They all are so rich in fibers, vitamins, minerals and micro-nutrients which help students in enhancing their concentration level and make them feel light and activated. Bottled and canned drinks are also available in the market but that stuff has been heated up and had so many preservatives added to it that it can no longer be classified as a healthy drink.

Cool and refreshing drinks are best in summer to boost up the energy level of students and also maintain the sugar level in their bodies. Natural drinks like nectars of different fruits and vegetables are good for skin and different body systems like digestive and immune systems. The vital nutrients in them are associated with maintaining teeth and gums and aiding circulation. Some students avoid taking fruits and vegetables so juicing the fresh fruits and vegetables are a creative way to encourage them into their diet and it would be good for their physical and mental health too. Two glasses of any fruit juice per day are highly beneficial. The green drinks usually made of vegetables are loaded with minerals and chlorophyll. Similarly red fruit juices are remarkably tasty and most importantly they are blood builders.

Drinks made of different flowers and herbs are also very efficacious and tasty. They do not only satisfy thirst of people but also they are wholeheartedly refreshing for them particularly in summers. They feel very much delighted and enjoyed having these original energy drinks. Similarly the drinks incorporated with milk are highly recommended for students avoiding milk. They are much appealing for them and also enhance their spirit and stimulate the body growth. School going children are more attracted towards soft drinks due to the fun element associated with them. They are also good for them in summer as they make them fresh and cool but such drinks are not so much healthy and nutritious for them.

In short, fresh juice is an ideal drink to maintain health and fitness. So dear hardworking students! Keep taking fresh juices and drinks in summer. This is the only way you people can tackle heat stroke and dehydration. Also it will cheer you up. Have a cool summer..!!
