Job Location: Head Office, Karachi
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized international university/college.
Experience:
Candidates with experience in credit risk management, SME, SAP, or securitized lending products will be preferred.
Experience in housing finance is an added advantage.
Skills/Expertise:
Sound knowledge of Consumer Retail Policies, SME, Agricultural Financing, and portfolio analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to comprehend and interpret credit risk policies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain an overview of developments in the business to identify credit risk and ensure credit risk policies are implemented.
Review and refine scorecards and rating models and incorporate feedback in policy updates.
Conduct multidimensional portfolio analysis to ensure adherence to standards.
Department: Portfolio Planning & Projects, Retail and Program Lending
Job Location: Head Office, Karachi
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or project management.
Skills/Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python for data analysis.
Experience with large-scale data interpretation and statistical analysis.
Strong reporting and data management skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze portfolio trends, including roll rates, cure rates, and recovery performance.
Prepare and update performance reports for internal and outsourced collection channels.
Assist in the design, execution, and monitoring of collection strategies.
Department: Collections and Recovery, Retail and Program Lending
Job Location: Multan and Rawalpindi
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Experience:
Candidates with experience in collections (preferably in consumer/retail banking) will be preferred.
Skills/Expertise:
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and targets effectively.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor collection activities and achieve assigned targets.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans and report back to the management team on progress.
