Supercharged event by ParadigmPlus at LCWU gives students learning, fun and scholarships.

Just imagine motivation at its peak, with an amalgamation of learning and entertainment. Yes more than fifteen hundred students witnessed it when Paradigm Plus, an event management and soft skills training company conducted an event by the name of “Discover yourself” in Lahore College for Women University.

This mega event was both a source of enlightenment and entertainment for the audience. The event comprised of training sessions followed by motivational lecture, in-audience quizzes and give away prizes, guest speeches and musical performance by none other than, icon of Pakistan, Abrar-ul-Haq.

The training session was conducted by Ms. Ummara Khalid, Managing Director Paradigm Plus, a corporate trainer and a renowned educationist. She is known for motivating and changing the life of many through her words and positive attitude. During her training session she inculcated the idea of personal development and the importance of self-discovery. She stressed on the notion that “Your present is going to define your future and without knowing that who you are what is your purpose in life, you cannot start the journey of self-development”. Moreover, she also shared some effective strategies that can help the students for making their life and careers successful.

Her session was followed by a motivational speaker, Mudassir Ali who inspired the students to look positively upon their future and make their decisions keeping the external pressure away.

The guest of honor of the event, Justice (Retd.) Nasira Javid Iqbal shared her views and filled the air with delight of patriotism.

“If Pakistan exists, we exist and without Pakistan we are nothing” she said while addressing the audience. She added more that “There’s nothing more source of a power for a country to have a learned and hard-working youth that will do nothing but take their nation on the pathway to success”.

The principal of LCWU, Ms. Mahrukh Bukhari distributed certificates, souvenirs to management team of Paradigm plus and the volunteers of the event.

The elite panel of the sponsor, Golden Pearl Cosmetics distributed one year scholarship cheques to the selected students of LCWU. CSR Excellence Award was presented to Mr. Sheikh Abid Mehmood, the chairman of Golden Pearl Cosmetics for their profound contribution.

The last segment of the event was thrilled by the motivational lecture and rocking performance of the most famous singer, social activist and the voice of youth, Abrar-ul-Haq. With his confident and jovial personality, he shared his success story with the audience and emphasized on the belief that one should follow some dream in life, and that dream should not be about himself only, but it should impact the whole humanity. His musical performance bourgeoned the enthusiasm of the youth who left the auditorium with new hopes, countless dreams and infinite determination for a life.
