Punjab University examination department has announced the examination schedule of for the year 2020. The Examination department has announced the schedule of examination for part I and part II of MA/ MSC and BA/ BSC, B.Com for the year 2020. According to details and notification issued by the examination department of Punjab University on Friday 15th may 2020 the examination of MA / MSc part I 2020 will be held in November 2020. And examination of MA/MSC part II 2020 will be held in September. Punjab University BA/BSC part I exams 2020 will be held in October and part II will be held in August 2020.
PU BA/ BSC/ B.Com/ Associate Degree Science/Arts Part –I
According to the notification by PU examination department the exams of B.A, BSC, B.Com and Associate Degree in sciences and arts’ exams are likely to be held in October 2020. The exams will start from 1st October 2020 and onwards with traditional examination mode.
PU BA/ BSC/ B.Com/ Associate Degree Science/Arts Part –II
The examination of BA, BSC Part II will be held in July and August. The examination will start from 22nd July 2020 and are likely to end on 25th of August 2020 for non-Traditional mode students. The exams of BA, BSC part –II with traditional examination mode for those students who have not appeared in Online Examinations of July to August will start from 22nd December 2020 and onwards.
MA/ MSC part I, B.Com part-I/ Associate Degree commerce Part –I
As mentioned in notification by the controller of examination Muhammad Rauf Nawaz the examination of Punjab university of MA, MSC, BCOM and associate degree in commerce part –I will be held in November 2020. The exams will start from 2nd November 2020 and onwards with traditional examination mode.
MA/ MSC part II, B.Com part-II Punjab University Examination 2020
With traditional examination mode for those students who have appeared in Online Examination of September 2020 the examination will start from 4th January 2021 and will continue onwards ntil completed. And with non-traditional mode students the examination of MA, MSC part-II and B.Com part –II will start from 7th September 2020 and will end on 30th September 2020.
Additional Information related to Punjab University examination 2020
- The university has advised the students to prepare themselves for both traditional and MCQ based online examination.
- The mode of examination shall be traditional if the situation of COVID-19 gets normal provided by the government.
- If the universities do not open even after 15th July 2020 and the lockdown extends then the examination will be MCQ based and online.
- If any students could not appear n online examination due to any reason, those students will be liable to sit in traditional examination which would be held after the university gets open as per government orders.
Note: the mode of examinations shall be traditional, provided, the Covid-19 situation gets normal and allowed by the government.
