Here is a crucial update for the students of Karachi Board! The Board of Secondary Education Karachi BSEK has recently announced the schedule for the online 10th class exam form submission. This vital announcement was made yesterday (on Monday) and this 10th class exam form submission schedule has been announced for science and general group regular students. You can get to know all about this 10th class form submission schedule and the details regarding extra amount students will pay in case of late form submission. Students and schools are advised to follow the provided instructions on the online portal and to submit their forms in time to avoid additional fees.

 

10th Class Online Form Submission Dates

10th class students of BSEK can submit their exam forms online without paying any late submission fine starting from 9th January 2025 to 30th January 2025. According to the Chairman of the BSEK Board, Syed Sharaf Ali Shah this provided time frame is sufficient opportunity for students and schools to successfully complete their registration process.

The acting Director of Examinations Zaheeruddin Bhutto also detailed that stated that schools can complete the online form submission through their website’s portal. Schools need to log in using their school code as the username and their existing password. All forms must be filled out according to the instructions given in the portal.

 

Fee Submission for Government and Affiliated Schools

Schools operating under government municipalities, municipal corporations and the Labor Department can also submit BSEK 10th class forms online without any charges during this time period (from 9th January to 30th January). Once online forms are completed, all government and affiliated schools can download the fee voucher from the portal and submit the form fees at designated branches of the National Bank of Pakistan.

 

BSEK 10th Class Late Fee Schedule

For BSEK 10th class exam form online submissions after the 30th January deadline, the following extra fees will apply:

  • Extra Rs. 200 will be charged from 31st January to 3rd February 2025
  • Submitting Rs. 500 extra will be mandatory from 4th February to 10th February 2025
  • A late fee of Rs. 800 will be applicable for forms submitted between 11th February and 17th February 2025. 
  • A late fee of Rs. 1200 will be charged for submissions made from 18th February to 24th February 2025. 
  • Forms submitted between 25th February and 3rd March 2025, will include a late fee of Rs. 1500
  • A late fee of Rs. 1800 will apply to submissions made between 4th March and 10th March 2025. 
  • After 10th March 2025, a late fee of Rs. 2500 will be charged from each candidate. 


Private Students and 9th Class Exam Forms

All private students and those candidates appearing for the BSEK 9th class exams, as well as students who failed in previous years or wish to improve their marks, can obtain examination forms from:

  • National Bank of Pakistan
  • Askari Commercial Bank
  • United Bank Limited
  • BSEK office booth

These forms must be verified by the relevant section before being submitted to the designated banks as per the schedule.
