BZU announces BA/BSc annual exams result 2017

Multan: The female students outshined in the Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) BA, BSc annual exams result 2017 by clinching top positions in both arts as well as science groups.

In BSc annual exams 2017, Beenish Iqbal of Punjab Group of Colleges secured first position in exams by obtaining 723 marks whereas Sundus Fatima secured second position by obtaining 722 marks while third position in BSc annual exams grabbed by Syeda Amina Batool of City College, Multan by securing 707 marks.

In BA annual exams 2017, Muhammad Abdullah clinched first position by securing 651 marks. Iram Mukhtiar of Government Degree College, Jalalpur Peerwala grabbed second position by securing 641 marks whereas Ziaur Rahman clinched third position by obtaining 638 marks.

Almost 47,170 candidates appeared in these exams and out of the total candidates, 18,633 cleared the exams.

Furthermore, 338 cases of utilizing the unfair means were reported during BA BSc annual exams 2017.

The overall passing percentage of Bahauddin Zakariya University BA BSc annual exams 2017 remained at 39.5%.

While talking to the media sources, Beenish Iqbal said, “I am happy and I give the credit of my success to teachers as well as my parents, who prayed for me.”

She furthermore said that, “I will now sit in CSS examination because I want to serve my country.”

Likewise, Muhammad Abdullah said, “I am thankful to my parents and also my respected teachers whose prayers followed me through my education career.”

While addressing the aspirants, the acting vice chancellor of Bahauddin Zakariya University Dr Bashir Ahmad Chaudhry said, “Those aspirants who obtained positions will be given scholarships if they get admissions in BZU.”

He also said that “The fee of the position holders will also be waived off.”

He also distributed the cash prizes among the position holders of the exams.

The Controller of Examination of BZU Dr Umar Chaudhry said that the online registration system will be launched next year which would assist the aspirants to get admissions in an instant manner.
