Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University Announces Re conduct Date for MDCAT-II 2024

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University has recently released a public notice through its website to announce the new date for the re-conduct of MDCAT-II 2024. According to that public notice released by the university, the Medical and Dental College Admission Test MDCAT-II 2024 will now be held at the end of this current month (December). SZABMU MDCAT New Date 2024

Earlier this SZABMU MDCAT 2024 test was postponed due to some unforeseen circumstances but now on the order of Islamabad High Court, the new SZABMU MDCAT 2024 date has been announced. Now the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University will conduct this MDCAT-II 2024 test on Monday 30^th December 2024. MDCAT Fee and Registration Details

Candidates who are already registered for MDCAT 2024 and wish to retake the test must complete the following steps:

Fee Payment:

• 6,000 for local MDCAT test centers in Pakistan.
• 40,000 for international MDCAT test centers (UAE, KSA).
• The payment portal has been activated on the official website of SZABMU.
• Deadline for MDCAT Registration and Fee Payment: Midnight on 24^th December 2024.
• All candidates are advised to complete the registration process carefully and regularly check the SZABMU online portal for updates.

Reason for Postponement

Previously the revised MDCAT 2024 test in Islamabad was postponed due to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest planned for 24th November 2024. But now it is assured by the SZABMU University and Islamabad High Court that this revised MDCAT test will surely be conducted on 30^th December 2024 in national and international (UAE, KSA) MDCAT test centers. Students are encouraged to prepare for their MDCAT test and complete the application process as soon as possible.

Instructions for Candidates

1. Eligibility: Only candidates who appeared in the first MDCAT 2024 and are willing to retake the test will be eligible.
2. Result Options: Candidates may choose to keep their first MDCAT 2024 result or use the result of the second MDCAT 2024.
3. Fee Submission Process:

Payments should be made through the 1Link/ 1Bill Invoice payment service. Steps for payment:

• Open or sign in to your mobile banking app.
• Click on "Bill Payment" or "Payment Services."
• Select "1Bill Invoice Payment Service" and enter the generated consumer number.
• Verify the details and proceed to pay the amount.

Important Notes: Fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. And late applications will not be entertained.

• First of all students have to visit the SZABMU online portal for application submission.
• After opening the SZABMU MDACT portal, students have to click on the “Apply for MDCAT-II 2024” button.
• After that a new page will appear on your screen asking your “Identity Number”, this identity number was issued to each students for the first MDCAT test.
• Then enter the captcha code and search records button. After that your previous SZABMU MDCAT record will open you can either keep your previous MDCAT marks or apply to appear for the second MDCAT test.
• If you are willing to apply for the second MDCAT test then press the ‘Apply’ button and complete you application form, provide all the details and upload documents.
• The SZABMU MDACT portal will use your previously submitted information and documents, if you want any changes you can make alterations at this stage.
• Then submit your MDCAT fee through 1Link/ 1Bill Invoice payment service. We have already explained the 1Link/ 1Bill Invoice payment process above.
• The MDCAT 2024 fee for local candidates in Pakistan is 6,000 and for the overseas candidates in UAE and KSA should submit Rs. 40,000 for this MDCAT-II 2024 test.
• After finalizing you fee payment and submitting your application you will also receive a confirmation email from the SZABMU.
• Your admit cards will be available at your portal shortly after the submission of your applications.
• Students are advised to bring their original CNIC card and SZABMU MDCAT admit card with them on the test date.
