Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) conducts exams for 5th and 8th class students every year. This year the final exams are expected be held in February 2025 and date sheet will be declared in December 2025. Punjab examination requisition (PEC) is an authorized body. It was begun by government of the Punjab for directing examination for grade 5th and 8th students. PEC is answerable for leading exams to assess the student’s performance at school. It is trying to enhance examination system and provides a systematic way to improve the system. Public and private sector schools are linked with the Rawalpindi board and in the same way Rawalpindi board is affiliated with the PEC to hold the exams for grade 5th and 8th.
Rawalpindi board includes district Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum and Rawalpindi under its jurisdiction and for these regions it conducts the 5th and 8th class exams. After the announcement of date sheet PEC will send the slips to each board and afterwards slips will be sent to regular and private students. PEC at initial stage registers the students which is totally free of cost.
The registration form can be taken from the official website. The process starts usually after the summer vacations and continue till October every year. Now the registrations of students have been completed and soon Rawalpindi Board will declare the date sheet.
