• Applicants should possess an Inter/HSSC or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 45% to 60% marks from an HEC recognized institute. The same marks percentage applies to A-level candidates, requiring an IBCC equivalence certificate.

Master’s Programs Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed their undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 50% marks in the numbering system. Admission to the desired program is dependent upon seat availability, merit based on academic qualifications, and a valid GRE International/Arid Entry test. Applicants with a valid GRE International/GAT-General from NTS must also pass the written/subjective section of Arid GAT-G for admission.

PhD Program Eligibility Criteria:

• Aspiring candidates for PhD programs should hold an MS/MPhil Degree (18 years of education with 6 research credit hours) in a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized University, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 under the semester system or 1st Division in case of the annual system. Selection for PhD programs is contingent upon seat availability, merit based on academic qualifications, a valid GRE International/NTS/Arid-devised GAT-subject score, and an interview. Applicants with a valid GRE International/GAT-Subject from NTS must also pass a written/subjective portion of Arid GAT-S (as per the schedule of respective faculties) for admission.

Arid University Application Process

• Visit the Arid University’s admission website and submit your application online. Ensure that you attach scanned copies of your passport-sized photo (with a blue background) and other required documents specified in the Arid online admission form.
• On a single admission form, you can indicate preferences within the same faculty. Your primary choice will involve the entry test, and if not selected, your application will be considered for the next priority based on merit.
• If you have preferences across different programs, you must attend an interview for each program. Admission is contingent upon merit and seat availability.
• The admission processing fee is non-refundable.
• If you wish to enroll into another faculty, you must fill out a separate admission form and pay a distinct processing fee. Other rules and conditions will remain unchanged.
• Prioritization is not permitted for MS/MPhil/PhD and Functional level programs.
• Incomplete application forms or those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
