An orphan student who sold liquor in Multan and supported his family set a new example by getting excellent marks in the matriculation examination. Promising student Huzaifa Malik has scored 1050 marks out of 1100 in the 2019 Multan Board Matriculation Examinations.

With a gleam in his eye and a smile on his face, this brave boy from Multan also sold sherbet and supported his five siblings. Even after the death of his father 5 years ago, Huzaifa Malik did not give up. Even difficult circumstances could not dampen the spirit of Muhammad Huzaifa and he continued his studies. His hard work has been paid off very genuinely as Huzaifa is now getting Pre-Medical education in a private college on scholarship with the aim of becoming a doctor.

Huzaifa Malik's uncles say his dream of becoming a doctor could come true if the government solves his financial problems. When Huzaifa Malik's deed went viral on social media, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has assured to bear the educational expenses.

Appreciation by the Multan Commissioner Shaanul Haq

Meanwhile, Multan Commissioner Shaanul Haq paid homage to 16-year-old Huzaifa Malik and made him his guest. On behalf of the Punjab Chief Minister, the Commissioner presented 20,000 cash prize and a bouquet to the student.

Shaan-ul-Haq said on the occasion that he was proud to host the bright student, who has made a name for himself through hard work. The talented student proved that the wealth of education is not the heritage of any particular class. He said that Punjab government would provide all facilities to make the future of Huzaifa country bright.
