National Testing Services (NTS) is an authoritative body which is responsible for conducting NAT test, GAT test as well as other tests. In Pakistan, the NAT test is of a great importance as numerous universities in Pakistan need the scores of NAT test for admissions in various undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.
The NAT test is of two types NAT-I and NAT-II. The NAT-I test is for the admissions at undergraduate level while NAT-II test is for the admissions at postgraduate level.
The NAT-I test in Pakistan is conducted twice or thrice in a year for the admissions at undergraduate level.
The NAT-IGS is conducted for the admissions in bachelor’s level general science programs. The students who have successfully completed their intermediate with general science subjects are eligible to appear in NAT-IGS test.
Just like the other NAT-I tests, the NAT-IGS test also comprises of 90 multiple choice questions and the students have to complete this test in 120 minutes.
The test contains MCQS from different important portions which includes verbal, analytical, subject and quantitative.
The subject section contains 30 multiple choice questions in it from different important subjects which includes Statistics, mathematics and economics.
In NAT-IGS subject portion, statistic section comprises of total 10 MCQs. To attempt this part it is necessary for the students to prepare statistics effectively.
