CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

A leading technical and engineering company located in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi vicinity is seeking to hire a competent, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position. The role is offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of two (2) years, extendable subject to performance evaluation.

?? Position Overview

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Contract Term: 2 years (extendable based on performance)
Compensation: Market-based salary as recommended by the Selection Board

?? Required Qualification

Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, or related disciplines)

Preference will be given to candidates with an additional qualification in Management or Business Administration

?? Experience Criteria

Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in technical, engineering, or industrial sectors

At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as CEO, Head of an Organization, or equivalent capacity

Proven track record of delivering measurable results in areas such as business growth, operational excellence, or strategic leadership

?? Professional Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders from both public and private sectors

Demonstrated business acumen, with a strong ability to enhance top-line and bottom-line performance

Experience in managing engineering operations, manufacturing setups, or technology projects is highly desirable

Blend of experience across public and private sectors will be considered a significant advantage

Sound knowledge of project management, joint ventures, contract negotiations, and financial management
