One of Pakistan's leading public sector general insurance companies invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals for recruitment at its Karachi-based Head Office and field offices for the following positions:


1. Medical Officer (Claims – Medical Examiner)

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location: Karachi

Qualification: MBBS from PMDC/PMC-recognized institution

Specialization (Preferred): Trauma, Neurology, Orthopedics

Experience:

At least 5 years of professional experience in medical claims management or hospital operations, especially in Orthopedics and Inpatient care for Trauma and Neurosurgical patients.

Prior experience in insurance, TPA (Third Party Administration), or inpatient hospital systems will be preferred.

Skills:

Strong command over ICD-11, CPT, LOINC medical coding systems.

Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management software, and claim processing systems.

Familiarity with insurance systems.


2. Case Managers (Medical Claims)

Number of Vacancies: 8

Qualifications: MBBS from PMDC/PMC-recognized institution

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in ICU, Trauma, or critical care case management, preferably within TPA or insurance sector.

Locations:

Karachi – 3 positions

Hyderabad – 1 position

Mirpurkhas – 1 position

Nawabshah – 1 position

Sukkur – 1 position

Larkana – 1 position

Skills:

Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.

Understanding of health claim procedures and medical documentation.

Familiarity with digital claim processing and healthcare software.


3. Assistant Manager – Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Health Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement, ideally in health insurance, social security, or industrial sectors.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in both English and Urdu (written and verbal).

Expertise in social media management, public engagement, and inter-agency coordination.

Ability to work effectively with government officials, external stakeholders, and internal departments.
