UOP announces schedule for admissions in MA / MSc 2 years programme

Peshawar: University of Peshawar (UoP) is appealing the applications from the candidates for admissions in MA / MSc / M.Com programmes for the academic session 2016-17.

Students can get the applications froms along with prospectus from UBL Counter near Central Library, University of Peshawar after paying Rs. 1000/- from 28.09.2016 for admission to 2 years Master’s degree programme.

General Requirements

Photocopies of the following documents must be attached along with the application form:

o   Verified photocopies copies of B.A/B.Sc. DMC (Part-I & II) / Records.

o   Attested copy of Domicile Certificate

o   Attested copy of CNIC

o   Two recent photographs of candidate

o   The candidates applying against quota seats must attach the related documents in support of his/her eligibility.

o   Graduates of the session 2015 and 2016 would be given 1st priority, whereas the others will be given 2nd priority in the merit list.

o   The candidates are advised to get the Registration Form for Entry Test available at Facilitation Counter, near Central Library, UOP w.e.f. 28/09/2016 to 14/10/2016 by paying Rs. 450/-.

o   The candidate must be careful in choosing the right category of test prescribed for admission to the department/subject.

o   The candidate who is willing to appear in more than one Test must register individually.

o   The details about the Admission, Entry Test, Sample Test and instructions for candidates are made available on the official website as well as on official website of NTS.

Important Note:

o   Passing marks in the Entry Test is 40 percent. Failed students shall not be eligible to get admission.

o   Form received by mail or after the last date (October 14^th, 2016) will not be entertained.

o   The University reserves the right to make changes in any programme when needed.
