Islamabad: The government of Punjab has started the second phase of Prime Minister’s Youth Training Program.
During this phase, 50,000 internships will be granted to the youth having sixteen years of education.
As per the details, a quota of 25000 has been allocated for Punjab province, 9500 for Sindh province, 3000 for Balochistan province, more than 5800 for KPK, 1000 for AJK and 5800 for Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA and Islamabad Capital Territory.

The internees will be paid twelve thousand monthly as a stipend during the one year long internship.
The internees will be placed in Federal and Provincial Government departments, educational institutes and the private sector bodies for improving their skills and employability.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. The candidates having 16 years education degree from an HEC recognized institute of equivalent/diploma of 3 years after matric/FSc having 50 percent marks or 2.5 CGPA in final degree are eligible to apply for this internship program.
2. Age limit for the candidates is up to 25 years on February 28th, 2017 while for Balochistan is 28 years.
3. The candidates must be the residents of Pakistan and should not below the age of 18 years.
4. Female applicants are encouraged to apply for the program.
5. The madrassah graduates are also eligible to apply for this internship program.
Ineligibility Criteria:
1. The candidates who have already availed any training program under any government youth training program or scheme.
2. The employees of any private and government sector organization.
3. Full time student of any government or private sector institute
