KPK Academic Year 2022 Changed Due to Covid 19

Government of KPK Elementary and Secondary Education Department has announced that their next academic year 2022-2023 will be facing certain delay due to the ongoing intermittent closure of various educational institutes by Covid-19 situations.

KPK New Academic Session 2022-2023

The next educational session will commence from 1st August, 2022 to 30th April, 2023. KPK’s government also announced that the new academic session for year 2023-2024 for students of KPK would commence from 1st May, 2023.

KPK Education Institutes Closure

The KPK elementary and secondary education department decision regarding KPK academic calendar 2022 appears to be in contrast to the previous statement provided by the KPK minister Sir Shahram khan Tarakai who stated that “no education institutes would be closed and only smart lockdown for seven days will be implemented only in those schools where any major Covid 19 cases arise”.

KPK Government Request For Children Vaccination Drive

The KPK government minister had previously requested the people to come forward in support for the government actions concerning vaccination of children over the age of 12, in order to overcome the obstacles in delivering quality education to the children of KPK. He stressed that the people and students of KPK would have to learn to adjust with the new pandemic environment and situation that would prevail in the future as well.
