Lahore: Last Sunday, the chairperson of Higher Education Commission (HEC), Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, instructed the teachers of educational institutes to change the syllabus of schools to be able to prepare the aspirants for skilled jobs in CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor).
This generation of workers will have to be market-oriented and will be knowledgeable in the importance of CPEC.

Dr. Mukhar Ahmed also instructed the varsities to come up along with the innovative techniques of education whereas also providing their students along with the ample fieldwork so as to arm them with the capability to work efficiently when in the real world while also meeting the specific requirements of CPEC.
CPEC is clearly going to be a game changer for the Pakistan and the government needs to cater to all the future expected requirements and demands of the economy that will arise out of CPEC.

Furthermore, higher education commission has started a number of initiatives for higher education, encouraging research and development activities, and also increases the openness of higher education to the people in distant areas.
