AIOU admissions to begin from August 1st

Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will begin its new admissions (autumn 2017) from August 1^st, 2017.

As per the Directorate of Admissions, some new programmes including BS, MPhil and PhD will be introduced during the upcoming semester.

Allama Iqbal Open University is also planning to launch short-courses of professional nature on the instructions of Vice Chancellor of AIOU Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui.

At the same time, the university has completed the procedure of its admissions for the Spring Semester 2017 and placed the particulars of aspirants on the official website.

The date of the incomplete admission forms have also been placed on the website along with the objections.

Large number of registered aspirants has been sent books as well as the other allied material via post. Rest of the students will receive their books till the mid of this month.

If they will receive their books the mid of July they can contact the Admissions Directorate by sending emails at adms@aiou.edu.pk.
