4 Whatsapp groups found involved in leak of board annual papers

Karachi: Up till now, 4 WhatsApp groups involved in leaking the annual examination papers have been traced by the counter-terrorism department (CTD).

Almost 4 people from the groups have been traced to Karachi along with 3 more being traced back to Hyderabad.

The CTD (counter terrorism department) discovered the WhatsApp groups while investigating the cheating as well as papers leaked issue.

Furthermore, a teacher from Mithi is also suspected to be involved in this matter.

Exams paper leaked

On Monday morning, the Physics paper of intermediate part 1, BISE Karachi board was leaked just before the exam. This one is the 15^th leaked paper thus far from the board.

Earlier on May 6^th, 2017 intermediate part 2 Physics paper was leaked from the BISE Karachi board. This paper was leaked 40 minutes before the starting time of exam 9:30am.

Just two days before that, the Mathematics paper of intermediate part 2 was leaked. Keep in mind that the officials were already informed of WhatsApp groups being utilized for cheating during the annual exam.

Indian SIM Cards Involved?

The education minister of Sindh, Jam Mehtab Dehar was of the opinion that Indian SIMS cards were involved in leaking these papers.

He said that all the departments are on alert. It has been highlighted that the SIM cards are being operated from India.

However, this seems like a deceitful tactic up to now.
