Qarshi University Lahore

The University campus of Qarshi University is located at Canal Road, Panjgarian (opp Izmir Colony), Lahore. The locality of the university is central to a many residential areas like Izmir, Jubilee Town, EME, Muhafiz Town, Rajpoot Town Bahria Town, Eden Villas and Sukh Chein.

History:

Qarshi University is a project of a nonprofit organization named as Qarshi Foundation. The family members of the Qarshi group support this welfare organization.

Following in the way of Qarshi Foundation, the culture of community welfare also runs in the structures of this University. Government charter and recognition from HEC is the proof of this motive. It was done years before the registration of a single student.

The Qarshi foundation committed that it will not utilize the revenue stream generated as a result of the enrollment of the students.

Objectives:

It is a non-profit organization so the aim of the university is to provide scientific and humanistic knowledge to serve the students through research and interdisciplinary approaches. The university works hard to make intellectually competent graduates who are morally sound and are committed to further growth. The university also aims at producing the students who are in favor of freedom of expression and support the ideologies based on curriculum of Ethics, Business Management and Science. The students are also able to achieve academic excellence through creative thinking, analytical thinking, hard work, and decision making.

To Achieve The Goals:

To achieve the goals, the university has designed all the academic programs to make updated and honest business and social leaders capable of:

• Thinking systematically, analyzing and offering solution to the problems.
• Being conscious of their place to manifest their value as the members of the community with their hard work.

• The students are given the transport facility and those who are interested to avail this facility should mention it on the admission form.

• For the students who come from outside Lahore are given the hostel facility.

E-Library:

• The university offers this facility to facilitate the research process.

Photo Copy and Printing Facility:

• The students can have photocopy or printing facility at the university. It is the most commonly used facility given to the students.

Free Internet Facility:

• The institute provides high speed free internet facility to the students and the staff members for academic purpose. The students can have browsing & downloading opportunity at the IT lab. They can send and receive emails and get involved in the process of research.

Financial Aid & Scholarships:

• The deserving students are given the facility of financial aid and scholarships which will be helpful in getting discounted tuition fees.
