Qarshi University grants admissions to the candidates on open merit basis amongst the eligible candidates depending on the seats available in each program.The candidate can apply for admission after checking the notice of admission on the website and in the print media. The application for the admission is made through the prescribed form. The application form has to be submitted to the admission office of the university before the closing date.

Eligibility
F.A./F.Sc. or A-Level result- awaiting candidates can apply on the basis of Hope Certificate. Provisional admission will be granted to such candidates the confirmation of admission will be made on the submission of result. The candidates have to meet the prerequisite marks percentage.
The eligible candidates are given the admission into any degree program without any discrimination of religion, gender, caste, creed, color, or domicile.
The merit list for each program is made depending on the applicant’s previous academic record as well as his/her performance in the admission test of the university.
The list of the candidates who are selected is displayed on the specific dates on the notice board of the campus. The candidates can also check it on the Qarshi University website.
Registration
The students required to complete the registration according to the university’s rules and regulation. The registration forms are available at the university from the office of registrar.
The candidates must pass the pre-requisites of the programs/courses in order to take admission.
Scholarships And Financial Aid
Qarshi University offers full tuition fee waiver to the eligible candidates. The scholarships are awarded to the top 5 position holders in intermediate, diploma, and the students acquiring 3 As in their A- level Examinations. The scholarship is given to the students in the first semester and if they continue to take CGPA of 3.90 in each semester then the exception of this tuition fees will be continued to be granted.
