National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) was set up in March 1991 to enhance higher education within the country. The university is delivering education in the field of science and technology and focusing on stable academic environment. NUST is currently ranked 417th in the world by QS, UK while in subject-wise ranking, NUST is graded among the top 300 universities in Engineering & IT.  So far NUST has produces thousands of professionals in the arena of science and technology to meet the growing needs of 21st century.

Academic Programs Offered

The NUST Karachi mainly provide engineering and technology programs oriented towards the needs of the market. Some of the undergraduate programs are Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science. On the other hand postgraduate options provide further narrow fields of study like Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Robotics. There are research based programs as well, providing our students a way to drive progress forward in science and technology. NUST's curriculum aspires to balance theory and practice in order to make students industry ready.
