Admission Process

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) is a renowned educational institution in Pakistan that conducts a standardized entry test known as NUST Entry Test (NET) for undergraduate applicants that assesses students proficiency in essential subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry or computer science. In case of Postgraduate Programs, candidates may also have to undergo previous academic performance assessment and interview. Eligibility and Criteria

Eligibility requirements vary by program. Candidates applying for undergraduate programs must have completed their higher secondary education (FSc) with at least 60% marks. Postgraduate applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 60% marks. Doctoral programs are designed for those with a master’s, outstanding academic credentials and research experience. Foreign qualification holders and international students have to submit IBCC equivalence certificates. In order to promote diversity and inclusivity, NUST also has quotas for certain groups, including the armed forces and international students.
