To provide students information regarding admissions and the admission policies student information centers have been built at the following locations:
- CECOS Data Institute, Saddar Road, Peshawar
- Institute of Management & Information Systems, Phase-2, Hayatabad, Peshawar
- Faculty of Engineering, Phase-6, Hayatabad, Peshawar

Admission details and prospectus can be obtained from these centers. You can also get an application form along with a prospectus by submitting a bank draft of Rs.1000 to the address of CECOS University. The student will receive the application form and prospectus via courier services.

The student is obliged to follow the instructions given on the admission form and prospectus. The student is required to attach all necessary documents and send them to the admission office before the dead line. The application form along with documents can be sent to any of the above mentioned information centers.
The candidates will be issued an entry test card upon the submission of admission form. The card needs to be provided and displayed at the time of entry test otherwise the student will not be allowed to sit for the exam. The candidates who qualify and pass the entry test will be called for document verification and course registration.
