Admission Process

The admission process is straight forward at AIDM. The process follows a certain structure. The applicant completes an online application on the AIDM official website, submits it with any required documents, such as academic transcripts, proof of identification, and MDCAT results. Incomplete submissions will be evaluated based on the candidates performance in academics and the entrance test. The merit of a candidate is determined by the PM&DC merit formula, which considers factors in eligibility such as high school performance and MDCAT scores. Successful candidates will then be intimated through the official communication channels of the Institute.

Eligibility and Criteria

Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Medical) level or equivalent in any recognized board with at least 60% marks can apply for the BDS program. Equivalency certificates must be provided for qualifications equivalent to those above, such as A-levels. Candidates should also have obtained at least 50% marks in MDCAT 2025. The merit list is prepared according to MDCAT 50% (weightage), FSC 40% (weightage), and Matric 10% (weightage) Students must ensure that they meet all criteria for eligibility before applying to ensure their seat in them.
