What is real professionalism?

It is difficult to define professionalism. There is no exact definition of professionalism. It is the name of behavior or thinking. Some people are very professional and some people have a lack of professionalism.

According to me, every profession has some basic rules and regulations and the person who knows all the rules of his profession and also follow those rules during his dealings and working with other is known as a professional person. I'll elaborate it in the end first I would like to quote some other people thinking about it. Different people have different ideas and opinions about professionalism as:

1. A person is having good role model for other people, including their belongings, good relations and aptitude
2. A very regular and punctual
3. To wear dress according to the rules and regulation
4. To use a soft language
5. To have a basic knowledge about the organization and job
6. To do good with people
7. A good communicator, whatever the circumstances may be and at a once listener
8. A good time manager
9. Meet the assignment under the pressure
10. Work under deadline

A professional person behavior with other colleagues should be good. They always do work whatever the circumstances may be and cling their work. They do not lose heart whatever the crisis they are having. They never show confusion and frustration to other people. They behave very well at any situation or circumstances. They also know that when to speak and when to be silence. They always to be ready to prove themselves. They do not steady in every work and do not show ego problem. They always take right decision for the benefit of the organization. They do not take those steps that prove harmful for the organization.

Professional people always try to improve the standard of the organization. If you want to earn good money, then you have to promote your organization. Show your commitment with your work. If you are a professional person, you can get big success in your life.

Now come to the example, if we talk about the Website Designing and Development. The software houses have to be very polite to their client and should listen their complaints. Designing is a work in which mostly the clients change the whole theme as they don't have any idea of the exact theme in their mind and due to which designer have to work again on their design. Here a professional designer would talk to their customer in a very good manner and guide them in a proper way.
