We all were the Child, and got the affection with caring from our elders. Now it’s our turn to care the child as someone has cared us. It’s the gratification of our values and affection that we care children not only for giving something in return just for the humanity.
Universal Children’s’ Day:
The Universal Children’s’ Day is celebrated across over the world in 1st June to protect the children’s right. No one can snatch the rights from any single child, they have a right to live, right to education, right to freedom and no one can enforce them to bind in certain limitations.
Historical Perspective:
The Children’s day has been celebrated first time in October 1954 in Geneva under the supervision of International Union for Child Welfare and first proclaimed by the United State of America in 1954. The main purpose of this day was to create awareness among all the countries to promote the activities for the welfare of the world's children. Mostly people at that time considered it as a he day to celebrate childhood.
Worldwide Celebration:
Later on November 20 the Declaration of the Rights of the Child has been adopted by United Nations General Assembly in 1959 and declared it as a Universal Children's Day. The 191 countries of the world adopted that legislation law for the Rights of Children and celebrate it as a Universal Children's Day.
Universal Children's Day Celebration:
Universal Children's Day is usually celebrated all over the world to attribute the devotions and the efforts of the countries legislations to protect the Children’s Right. On the bases of geographical areas it is celebrated not only on a specific date across the world. Different regions have different dates of months for celebrations. Mostly it is celebrated in the months of April, May, June, August, November, and December. Countries like, Kosovo, Laos, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Romania, Russian Federation, and Vietnam celebrate Children’s day on 1st June.
Message by Universal Children's Day:
From any part of the world Children’s are free no one can steal their right to play, education and prosperity. Universal Children’s Day give us a message that we must care the children, not used them to satisfy the financial support lust. We must take care of them and provide them their rights which they deserve to build a healthy nation.
