Lots of people including students' everyday looks for the jobs, they explore newspapers and internet. Most of the students are unemployed, some don’t find time for the jobs while some do for their experience and some do for maintaining their pocket money and other expenses. Students feel very much confident while studying that they will get some good job but when they get done with their studies and search for the jobs, they find so many hardships in getting their dream job.

Job is a need of the Pakistani students also, as the educational standards of colleges and universities are very high. To get a degree is not easy; it demands hard work and expenses both hat the time. Some students are not enough in this position to afford education; they do jobs and earn to pursue their studies.

Worst situation of law and order in our country is also a big problem in our society. Students do not feel comfortable out of homes. If they get any job, then they have only the evening time free, in evening hours they don’t feel safe out of homes. Even they are not secure in their educational institutes at the same time. They feel fear to go out and work. In our country, another drawback is, the companies demand for a solid experience; they don’t have any space for freshly graduates or masters. Most important requirement of the companies is the “experience”.

In this very competitive environment, it’s hard to get jobs easily. Recruitments ratio for freshly graduates and master is very much low. Government jobs demand no experience but they are very less in number. Everybody cannot get those jobs. Private sector jobs are a good solution of this problem but there comes experience first. Job market is flourishing slowly and gradually. Some organizations do believe on freshly educated people. They focus on the talent and intellectual level in the candidate.

Students while studying can find part time jobs to get experience and also they can earn for their pocket money. So that, they would be sharing burden of their parents.

In some specific fields there is a wide Job scope for Pakistani students. Students can get online jobs and also jobs in call centers, marketing jobs, writing jobs in newspapers and websites also. If they unable to get any job, if you have writing skills, you can write columns, articles and blogs for the websites and newspapers also. they can do internships in different companies. In this case, they will get experience which will help them getting job in the future.

Students while looking for a job, you must remember some points in your mind. You should be clear with what you want and where you exactly look for you in the future. Consider about the demands and scopes related to jobs in different field. It also depends on the degree you have and you should be clear with your goal and objectives. If you go with a strong aim, you will definitely get a job.
