If you are well aware about the company, especially about the professional skills which they need for the post you are applicant you could easily play up that skills and also highlight your last job activities which are related to their requirements.

Re-assessing your resume

After receiving interview call you should again re-assess your CV and find out that your CV is according to the job and your objective and goals must be related to the applied job. You should try to highlight that skills and expertise in your CV which are required for the applied job.

Dressing

Dressing is also very much important when you go for job interview. Your dressing must be neat and clean and also according to the environment of the company. Try to know about the dressing style of the company by any already employee of the company.
