1. The Reid Building, Glasgow School of Art, Scotland:

The Glasgow School of Art was founded in Scotland in 1845. It is one of the primary art institutes in the world that is totally supported by the government. The building was designed between 1897 and 1909 by architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The extension to the building was made between 2009 and 2014 by a team of American Steven Holl Architects. This extension is a masterpiece luminous five-story building known as Reid building. The Reid Building is all wrapped in translucent laminated glass. The building contains studios for artwork and architecture .Moreover you can also find an exhibition hall, cafeteria and other adjuvant attachments within the premises.

2. Senzoku Gakuen College of Music Kawasaki, Japan:

A glittery dome with silvery stainless-steel panels adjacent to the red rectilinear tower defines the unusual architecture of Senzoku Gakuen College of Music in Kawasaki, Japan. It is commonly known as a pair of Silver Mountain and Red Cliff. This artistic piece of architecture was designed by Japanese K/O Design Studio. a globular structure lies next to a red- straight-lined tower exhibiting 3D designing. A glass canopy filled the breach between the two buildings, with three pedestrian pathways to the music school.

3. Dublin’s Trinity University, Ireland:

Dublin’s Trinity University is famous for its splendid antique Library. This historic zone is called the home of the Long Room. The library covers an area of 213 feet in length therefore it is called Long Room. This historic wonder was designed between 1712 and 1732.A flat ceiling with countless shelves and an open gallery are the distinct architectural features. As the library allowed a free copy of every book published in Britain and Ireland, the room in the library got expanded in 1850s. However, The Long Room's ceiling was raised in 1860 to build an upper gallery. This library is a unique destination for tourists; the room is adorned with marble sculptures featuring popular philosophers, authors, and college supporters. The Long Room also holds more than 200,000 of the world’s oldest collection of books.

4. Emerson’s building Los Angeles, USA:

Emerson’s new Los Angeles building showcases the magnificence of modern art and architecture. The Emerson’s building Los Angeles is one of the amazing college housing in the world. Los Angeles Business Council bestowed the grand prize of the 2014 Los Angeles Architectural Awards to Architecture firm Morphosis for designing the new Emerson College Los Angeles. The building is crafted with solar thermal panels, sun shades and filtering planters to create environment friendly atmosphere all across and inside the building. Modernized and high-tech facilities in Emerson building will provide an ecofriendly as well s techno oriented aura for the residing students.

5. Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre, Hong Kong:

The nine-storey academic structure build within the campus of the City University of Hong Kong, is known as Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre. The building was constructed in 2011. It is located at the north of City University’s main campus. Created by designer Daniel Libeskind associated with Leigh and Orange Ltd, the architecture was so impressive as it won the architectural awards from Emporis and International Property Awards. The theme was all crystallized. The diamond boundaries can be spotted among the structures of windows, doors and the illuminated ceilings. Steel and concrete are the basic materials which are supplemented with ceramic tile attires. Astonishing landscapes with lush green gardens refresh students and other visitors and they can enjoy the scenic environment around the building.

6. Taroudant University, Morocco:

The Polydisciplinar Faculty of Taroudant is an amalgamation of the heritage building and future architecture. This structure was built in 2010 in a walled city of southern Morocco. The building exhibits the traditional architecture with some contemporary trimmings. The campus’s beauty is enhanced with supplemental structures like interior rock gardens, central courtyard, and elegant cemented walkways. Argan trees form the boundary around the campus which lies in the circuit of Atlas Mountains. SaadEl Kabbaj - Kettani - Siana Architects designed these structures on the arrangement of traditional Moroccan home with a contemporary blend. The campus is a complex of single buildings detached by green courtyards which vegetates the open spaces.
