TOEFL Guide for Pakistani Students

TOEFL measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand North American English as it is spoken, written and heard in college and university settings.
There are two formats for the TOEFL test. The format you take depends on the location of your test center. Most test takers take the Internet-based Test (iBT). Test centers that do not have Internet access offer the Paper-based Test (PBT).
TOEFL is not a pass or fail test. Therefore, there is no passing or failing score; score requirements are established by individual institutions or agencies.
More than 9000 universities and colleges in over 130 countries accept TOEFL test scores. In addition, agencies and institutions depend on on TOEFL scores as well.
