In case a Pakistani national would like to receive a residence permit for employment, based on an employment contract, the employer must register a vacancy in the State Employment Agency. When the sponsorship has been approved by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, the third country national has the right to submit the necessary documents to apply for a temporary residence permit.
