PhD Scholarship in International Investment Law and Climate Change
The Centre for Research in Law (CRiL) is pleased to offer a fee waiver PhD scholarship for research on the interplay between International Investment Law and international agreements on climate change.
Eligibility Criteria
A good first degree in Law or related discipline (minimum high 2:1 (Hons) level) is essential; additional qualifications, in particular, a Master’s degree or relevant professional experience are desirable.
Applicants for whom English is not their first language are required to demonstrate their ability in English e.g. IELTS overall minimum score of 6.5.
International and EU applicants should also ensure that they meet relevant visa and residency requirements.

The University of Bedfordshire offers scholarships to all international and home/EU students who apply for a Ph.D. study at the Centre for Research in Law (CRiL). The Award is expected to cover tuition fees for up to 3 years of study at waiver and will be awarded to applicants with a law degree and the required English proficiency level.
