Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for a master of Education is a bachelor’s degree in the education field with a minimum of 50% marks or 2 nd division. Some universities consider their entry test as well.

Admission Intake

The admission Intake depends upon the particular universities. It can either be yearly or semester-based admissions. The university with semester-based grant admissions twice a year; September (fall session) and February (spring sessions).

Entry Test

Every university has certain criteria for its admissions, and the entry test is one of them. The entry test varies according to the degree programs. Graduate Assessment Test (GAT) is considered for admission in master’s degree. It is a single test that fulfills the requirement of all the GAT-associated universities. Some universities accept the GAT test while others still conduct their test. Some GAT-associated universities are; (Kinnaird College for Women, University of Management and Technology Lahore, Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, the University of Swat, University of Gujrat, and more). The minimum passing criteria of these tests is also 50% to sit for the particular graduate program.
