EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE PAKISTAN URBAN PLANNING & POLICY CENTRE (PUPPC)

The Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, is seeking qualified candidates for project positions on a contract basis in the Pakistan Urban Planning & Policy Centre (PUPPC). Join us to contribute to national development through this critical urban planning initiative.

Available Positions:

  1. Urban and Regional Planning Specialist (PPS-10)
    Number of Positions: 1
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning (PhD and relevant certifications preferred).
    • 10 years of urban sector experience.
    • Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  2. Urban Infrastructure Specialists (PPS-10)
    Number of Positions: 3
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Development/Civil Engineering (PhD and relevant certifications preferred).
    • 10 years of urban sector experience.
    • Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Land Management and Resettlement Specialist (PPS-10)
    Number of Positions: 1
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields (PhD preferred).
    • 10 years of experience.
    • Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.

  4. Assistant (PPS-06)
    Number of Positions: 1
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience.
    • Proficient in English writing, typing, and basic computer skills (MS Office).

  5. Office Secretary (PPS-07)
    Number of Positions: 1
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience.
    • Proficient in shorthand, phone handling, office supplies management, and coordination with other organizations.

  6. Driver (PPS-02)

    Qualifications:

    • Literate with a valid driving license and 4 years of driving experience.
