EXAM DUTY REGISTRATION FORM

The University of Sargodha has started the registration process for examination staff for its upcoming exams. Applications are invited from employees of federal and provincial government departments, semi-government institutions, autonomous bodies, and graduates of the University of Sargodha (who have completed their degree within the last 5 years).

Designation & Duty Details

  1. Superintendent

    • Nature of Duty: To supervise examinations
    • Basic Scale: BS-17 & above

  2. Deputy Superintendent

    • Nature of Duty: To perform table work/documentation for examinations
    • Basic Scale: BS-16

  3. Invigilator

    • Nature of Duty: To invigilate examinations
    • Basic Scale: BS-05 to BS-15 OR Alumni of University of Sargodha (from 2020 & onward)

Important Details

  1. Selected staff will be part of the University of Sargodha's invigilation system and will be called for duty through the duty management system.
