?? Position 1: Unit Head – IT Infrastructure Audit Management & Compliance (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Wing Head – Technology Infrastructure Governance
Place of Posting: Karachi

? Educational/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

OR Graduation with Master’s in IT / Computer Science or equivalent

Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute

Relevant certifications will be preferred

? Experience

Minimum 6 years of IT experience

At least 3 years in IT Infrastructure Audit Management & Compliance

? Skills & Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, audit, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)

Ability to manage audits, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies

Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

? Main Duties / Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT infrastructure audit plans based on risk and regulatory requirements

Lead IT infrastructure audits: assess IT controls, security, compliance gaps

Identify risks, document findings, and propose mitigation

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards

Guide and mentor audit teams, ensure timely completion of tasks

Prepare audit reports and ensure follow-ups on corrective actions

Stay updated on industry trends and compliance standards

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

?? Position 2: Senior Database Administrator (OG-I / AVP)

Reporting To: Unit Head – Databases Administration
Place of Posting: Karachi

? Educational/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science / Engineering

OR Graduation with Master’s in relevant field

Relevant certifications preferred

Degrees must be HEC-recognized

? Experience

Minimum 4 years of database administration experience

At least 2 years in Oracle and/or MSSQL Server database administration (preferably in banking)

? Skills & Expertise Required

Expertise in DB architecture, HA/DR, encryption, auditing, performance tuning

Familiar with Oracle Cloud Control, alerting systems, backup/recovery processes

Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Time management and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

? Main Duties / Responsibilities

Administer Oracle and MSSQL environments across production/dev/test

Monitor, maintain, and upgrade database environments

Troubleshoot critical issues and provide 24/7 database support

Implement backup, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery strategies

Automate operational tasks using SQL/shell/bash scripting

Ensure audit compliance and documentation

Perform any other assignments from supervisors

?? Position 3: Systems Administrator – AIX/Linux (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Unit Head – Systems Administration (AIX/Linux)
Place of Posting: Karachi

? Educational/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / CS / Engineering

OR Graduation with a Master’s in related field

Relevant certifications preferred

? Experience

Minimum 5 years in Systems Administration

At least 3 years in AIX/Linux administration (preferably in banking)

? Skills & Expertise Required

Knowledge of AIX/Linux system architecture, security, patching, HA/DR

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)

Scripting (shell/bash), OEM configuration, alerting systems

Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and documentation skills

Strong communication abilities

? Main Duties / Responsibilities

Manage AIX/Linux platforms and server infrastructure

Maintain production/dev/test environments

Automate operational processes via scripting

Manage system recoveries and perform system health checks

Monitor alerts, SLAs, and support escalations

Conduct system audits and recommend improvements

Provide 24/7 system support

Perform tasks as directed by supervisors

?? Position 4: IT Software Developer – SharePoint (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Unit Head – ERP/SharePoint
Place of Posting: Karachi

? Educational/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s in IT / CS / Engineering

OR Graduation with Master’s in relevant field

Relevant SharePoint or Microsoft certifications preferred

? Experience

Minimum 6 years in IT

At least 3 years in Applications/Software Development, including SharePoint (preferably in banking)

? Skills & Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, SPFX, TypeScript, REST APIs, Graph API

Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC

Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

Document management system implementation

Agile development methodology experience

Strong mentoring, documentation, and performance optimization skills

? Main Duties / Responsibilities

Design and develop customized SharePoint solutions

Automate workflows using Power Platform or third-party tools

Manage SharePoint permissions, governance, and integration

Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality

Conduct testing, write specifications, and ensure adherence to software standards

Troubleshoot production issues and implement security protocols

Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

?? Position 5: Database Administrator (OG-II / OG-I)

Reporting To: Unit Head – Databases Administration
Place of Posting: Lahore / Islamabad

? Educational/Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT / CS / Engineering

HEC-recognized local or international degree

Certifications preferred

? Experience

Minimum 3 years of database administration experience

At least 1 year in Oracle DB administration in a financial or large-scale enterprise

? Skills & Expertise Required

Expertise in DB design, HA/DR, security, and auditing

Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, alert configuration

Proficient in SQL/shell/bash scripting

Passion to learn and grow

Excellent interpersonal and technical skills

? Main Duties / Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Oracle & MSSQL DBs

Perform monitoring, backups, patching, and migration

Troubleshoot DB issues and ensure recovery procedures

Automate processes and alerts

Ensure audit and compliance readiness

Collaborate with teams to maintain database performance

Provide 24/7 database support and issue escalation

Execute other assignments as instructed
