SITUATIONS VACANT (Non-Teaching)

Applications are invited on the prescribed form for direct appointment to the following non-teaching positions on a renewable term of three years.

- Minimum 17 years’ experience in establishment/administration/teaching in Government/Semi-Government organizations as BPS-17 officer or above
- Proficient in modern office techniques and computer usage
- Strong communication skills
- Age: 40–45 years
Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) General Administration (Examinations) – Open Merit 01 - At least 1st Class Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 17 years’ teaching/administrative experience in relevant field in Government/Semi-Government organizations as BPS-17 officer or above
- Computer literate
- Age: 40–45 years

📄 General Instructions

  1. Candidates must submit attested copies of all academic documents (degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates), domicile, and State Subject certificate along with the prescribed application form, either in person or via post to:

  2. Only certificates/transcripts issued before the closing date will be accepted. Provisional or hope certificates will not be accepted.

  3. Separate applications are required for applying to more than one post.

  4. Application Forms can be obtained from:

    • Office of the Assistant Registrar (Meetings), University Secretariat

    • By paying Rs. 12,100/- via University Challan (Habib Bank Limited branches in AJK)

    • Or sending a Bank Draft of Rs. 12,100/- in favor of Treasurer, University of Kotli (A.K), along with a self-addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50/- postage stamps

  5. Application form can also be downloaded from the University website:

    • Downloaded forms must be submitted with the original Bank Challan/Bank Draft as application fee.

  6. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.

  7. Age limit is not applicable to in-service permanent University or Government employees.

  8. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due date.

  9. Preference will be given to AJK Nationals (1st Class State Subject holders).

  10. Applicants may be shortlisted through a written test (if required).

    • Top 5 candidates scoring 50% or above will be called for an interview per post.

    • Final selection will be made by the Selection Board.
