Career Opportunity – Non-Teaching Position

AROR University invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for a non-teaching position under the AROR University (Amendment) Act, 2025 and the Employees Terms & Conditions of Service Statutes, 2024.

?? Position: Registrar (BPS-20)

Tenure: Regular or Tenure-Based (03 Years)
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years

?? Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

? Option 1:

PhD from an HEC-recognized university

13 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above

Experience must be in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University

? Option 2:

MS/MPhil (18 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university

15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above

Experience must be in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University

? Option 3:

MA/MSc/Bachelor’s/MBA (16 years of education) – preferably First Class – or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university

17 years of post-qualification teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above

Experience must be in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University
