Post	Qualification and Experience
Regional Head- Central	The ideal candidate should have a Master's/ Bachelor's degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Head Collection & Recovery	The ideal candidate should have a Master's/ Bachelor's Degree (16 years of equivalent education) in the field of Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership
Manager/Assistant Manager Credit Risk Model	Master/Bachelor's degree (16 years of equivalent education) in a quantitative discipline (Actuarial/Science, Statistics, Finance and Mathematics) with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates holding CFA/FRM certifications will be preferred.
Manager/ Assistant Manager Operational Risk Analyst	Master/Bachelor's Degree (16 years of equivalent education) in a quantitative discipline (Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance and Mathematics) with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates holding CFA/FRM certifications will be preferred.
