Position Title

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Qualification Requirements

  • Must hold a graduate degree (16 years of education) in:

    • Business Administration

    • Public Administration

    • Finance

    • Commerce

    • Marketing

    • Or a related field, recognized by HEC

  • OR hold a professional qualification relevant to HBFC’s core business

  • OR be a member of a recognized professional accounting body

  • Must have the ability to supervise a team of financial experts

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following roles:

  1. Governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing, or any relevant field in reputable commercial organizations

  2. As a Chief Executive or at a senior management level in similar commercially oriented organizations

  3. As a member of the governing body of a professional institute or as a department head

Terms of Appointment

  • Contract Duration: 03 Years

  • Maximum Age Limit: 57 years (as of last date of application)

  • Compensation: Attractive, market-based pay package
