Hiring of Individual Consultants

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Government of the Punjab, has received financing from the World Bank to support the implementation of the project. A portion of the funds will be used to hire individual consultants to support project activities.

Call for Applications

The PIU-PULSE now invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following individual consultancy positions. Candidates are expected to demonstrate relevant qualifications and expertise in accordance with the criteria outlined below:

Available Positions

1. IT Security Expert (Professional Support)

• Number of Posts: 1

• Minimum Qualification:

  • 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing and securing large-scale networks.

• Certifications:

  • Mandatory: CCNA (Security)

  • Preferred: CCNP (Security)

2. Network System Engineer

• Number of Posts: 2

• Minimum Qualification:

  • 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Development Engineering, or any related discipline.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in managing large-scale networks.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • CCNA, CCNP, and/or MCSE

• Selection Method:
  The selection will be conducted as per the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants guidelines, outlined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).

• Conflict of Interest Policy:
  Attention is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the above-mentioned procurement regulations concerning conflict of interest.
