Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project

The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project. It intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for hiring the services of individual consultants.

Under this program, PIU-PULSE invites experienced candidates with relevant experience/qualifications from recognized institutions to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services in the fields mentioned below. Interested candidates should provide information indicating their qualifications as per the criteria listed:

1    Software Development Executive    1              Minimum 16 years of education in GIS/Computer Science/IT or equivalent education from HEC recognized University/Institute. At least three (3) years of post-qualification experience, design and management of spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature representations.
2    IT Security Expert for Professional Support    1    Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology/Computer Engineering from HEC recognized University/Institute. At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling the security of large networks. Certification CCNA & CCNP (Security) or equivalent trainings.

The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020. The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated July 2016, revised November 2017, and August 2018 ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
